Hallmark to set up indoor cricket complex Business

Hallmark Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has announced the launch of its new residential property 'Golden County' at Maraimalai Nagar, in suburban Chennai, offering "world-class luxury" under one roof.

Golden County is a 2.5 million sq ft residential property with the facility of a world-class sports academy 'NISA - Hallmark Sports County'.

The exquisitely designed township with the first-ever indoor cricket complex, will give an opportunity for people to play their favourite sport, said Hari Nagashwaran, executive vice-chairman of Hallmark Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

"Golden County is an endeavour of Hallmark Infrastructure conceptualised by renowned art director Thotta Tharani to give an artistic look to the property. Hallmark has outlayed an investment of Rs 410 crore in the first phase of Golden County and Rs 55 crore in Zaviera, a serviced apartment, and Rs 30 crore for a five-star hotel at Mahindra World City," he said.

Hallmark Infrastructure has partnered with world-class designers like Norman Disney & Young, Australia, Buro Engineering Pte Ltd, Singapore, OCI Architects-Chennai, Meinhardt Group – Architects of Australia, for the project who have vast experience in designing and implementation of large residential projects.

We are looking at creating a benchmark in developing sport as a career, a way of life, not in India alone but in the entire region of Asia-Pacific. We are extremely delighted to launch India’s biggest sports centre in Chennai."

Located at Maraimalai Nagar in the satellite city, Golden County is accessible from all the main roads. Golden County comprises of 912 apartments designed based on Vaastu, to be offered at a price of Rs 2,250 per sq ft.

Golden County is set against the well-crafted, landscape garden with water bodies.
