On account of Krithigai there will be a Special Abhishekam for Lord Swaminatha Swami at 10 am on 30/06/2008 followed by a special Velli Kappu Alankaram to Lord Swaminatha Swami at the Chennai Om Sri Skandasramam, in the city.

In the evening of 30th June the Soma Vara Maha Pradhosham will be celebrated grandly for Sri Mahasahasralingamurthy and Lord Nandikeswarar at 5 PM.at the Chennai . There will be Mahanyasam at 4. 30 pm and there will be a special abhishekam at 5. 15 pm for Lord Mahasahasralingamurthy and Lord Nandikeswarar. At 6. 00 pm there will be a special deeparadanani and prasad distribution.

On 2nd July Wednesday on account of New Moon day there will be a special Abhishekam to Goddess Prathiyankara Devi at 10. 30 am followed by a Special alankaram and annadanam 12.30 PM.

There will be a Prathiyanakara Sarabha Sulini Koti Homam at 9. 30 am.
