If you are one of those who detest watching replica programmes , then you would probably miss the chance to view this mega Sunday entertainer Maanada Mayilaada. This show initially did not pull me towards it but sheer boredom suprisingly made me stick on to watch this show.

There is only one thing Kalaignar TV can be proud of at this juncture. It is because of Maanada Mayilaada. This reality show is the only thing that takes high the TRP rating of soap operas. Though this show is a photocopy of Jodi No.1 of Vijay TV, but then it has sparked fire because of the celebrity judges. The switch over of judges happens so swiftly. The previous season got a lot of public viewing due to Namitha ( and her ever dangerous costumes!)

Running close to 2 hours from 8.00 p.m. With dance performance from celebrity couples on theme based rounds. There is nothing different about this show. Yet it keeps you engaged.

The comments of the judges are to the point and apt. Time to discuss about the anchors. As usual the male and female, but guess who the female anchor is... It is none other than young lady Keerhana, the child artist of Kanathil Muthamitatal.

The individual male and female performers are awarded apart from giving a special prize to the best choreographer of the week. The participants also give their fullest to the performance. Apart from the fact that the concept is stolen, this show is definitely better of than the same kind of show running in Sun TV, Masthana Masthana.
