Vijay TV has lined up music concerts by eminent artistes and budding talent this 'Margazhi season' in 'Sangeetha Sangamam 07' to be held in Chennai from December 5 – 8, 2007.

This four-day music fest will feature distinguished musicians like T N Seshagopalan, Nithyashree Mahadevan, S Sowmya, Gayathri Girish, Anuradha Krishnamurthi and Sriram Parthasarathy, among others.

Sikkil Gurucharan and Anil Srinivasan will perform contemporary classical music.

A K Palanivel will perform on the thavil with O S Arun; Violinists Ganesh and Kumaresh will perform with Veenai Jayanthi.

In the line of string instruments, guitarist Prasanna will perform interesting classical music.

Also in the line-up are performances by the promising young singers 'Mahanadhi' Shobana and Saindhavi.

The event starts at 6 p.m. on all days and tickets are available free of cost.

These performances will be telecast as a special on air series for the Marghazhi season from December 17 – January 11, 2007, from Monday – Thursday, at 6.30 p.m. on Vijay TV.
