EQ,
the State Level inter-collegiate fest which hit television
screens in August 2006, was a huge hit among audiences and
witnessed great support among all colleges across the state,
said a spokesperson of the channel.
Now, EQ is back in its second season. This time it is bigger and
better. In this season of EQ2, 54 colleges across the state
compete against one another in a set of entertainment events
consisting of dance choreography, skits, ad zap, pantomime,
fashion shows, solo performances, mimicry, stand-up comedies,
light music and variety entertainment.
The college that emerges victorious in the
finals will be awarded the prestigious Rolling Trophy and also
walk away with a whopping prize money of Rs. 300,000.

Gopi; a popular standup comedy artiste & RJ is accompanied by
Pop Shalini; the popular playback singer and dance choreographer
Sreedhar are seated at the judges table to declare the best
college with the highest 'Entertainment Quotient'. EQ2 is not
just about exhibiting individual talent but also involves
teamwork, group dynamics and would bring together a feeling of
oneness among the college students.
EQ2 launches on November 18, 2007; airing every
Sunday at 10 a.m on Vijay TV.
