With the war of succession hotting up
with the recent DMK youth conference, the big question
now will be the next year for Tamil Nadu.
Without going into too much astrological
details, which is boring and cumbersome for the common
reader in the age of Internet, short is sweet .
Karunanidhi will see one more year in
office.
Secondly, the coalition in Tamil Nadu
will have a war of words, some altercation with the PMK
but will continue without any major problems. The shadow
boxing of PMK leader Ramadoss will continue. His son
making some changes in the health sector will bring in
problems.
As for the latest political parties,
horoscope-wise Vijaykanth's party will be more organised
and gather mass support. Vaiko will be making statements
without having any impact. Sarath Kumar will be a cat on
the wall without much public support.
The Opposition will be still in AIADMK
leader Jayalalitha's firm grip. A few more firing of
party functionaries and reallocation with her sister
Sasikala will be a common one. With regular accusation
of the government functioning, one more year will pass
through.
The economy will be chugging along very
well. Growth in IT, BPO and retail space will continue.
Tamil Nadu will be the hot spot destination due to raja
yoga period reflected well with the presence of many
Central ministers from the state.
Farmers will be a poor lot with
unseasonal rains or some problems in the Thanjavur belt.
Rainfall will be average. The government may not yield
the support price demanded.
There will not be any major problems
like tsunami.
As such one more smooth year for Tamil
Nadu with Godess Lakshmi and Sarswathi smiling at the T
Nagar markets and the ECR Road.
