General advise to all:
 In
the journey of life, parents hold the child's hand; a Guru
enlightens the child; and God is the destination. Mother, being
the reason for a child's existence, occupies the most important
position. Therefore, it is advisable to prostrate at the feet of your mother everyday. Daughters-in-law
may prostrate at the feet of their mothers-in-law (at least their photos).
Visit a Dakshinamoorthy temple and light two ghee lamps. Offer jasmine flowers or yellow flowers
('Saamanthippoo') to the Lord. Donate Black Bengal gram (1/4 kg) with some
'Dhatchina' to any Brahmin.

2. Govindam Padi near Kancheepuram.
3. Thokolam Near Arakonam
4. Ilambayam Kottor Dakshinamoorthy with 'Chinmudra' (40kms from

6. Then Thittai near Thanjavur
7. Tiruchendur
Guru Peyarchi is on the 23rd of July 2003 and it is extended upto 30th of July 2003 in various
