'Yat – Path' to progress
Employees
are not only the resource of a company but play a crucial role in each and every
stage of the company's progress. So the organisation has to realise their
importance and work accordingly. They have to concentrate more on the
development of humans i.e, the employee's knowledge and thinking, rather than
human resource.
"It is quite true that
employees who spend their physical and mental strength, thoughts and knowledge
for their company's development, lead the company in the progressive path and on
the road to success " says Rajasubramanyam.
Rajasubramanyam has established
a concern called 'Yat School of Management' where he conducts training sessions
for the employees from different organisations so that they would understand
fully their duties towards their company and teaches them to develop their
skills. He guides them in introspection through these sessions and thus paves
the way for a cordial relationship and understanding between the employer and
his employees.
He has been conducting these
training sessions since 1995. His sessions are easy to follow and business has
multiplied in organisations which have utilised his services.
According to Rajasubramanyam,
different organisations used to depend on their employees' physical labour
previously. Then came the stage when their intelligence and knowledge were
required. But now 'involvement' is playing an important role in the company's
progress. It is imperative that an employee offers his body, mind and soul to
his work, which will in turn make the company grow by leaps and bounds.
"Every
employee should have a good understanding about himself and his state, and
through this alone they can he/she attain perfection in work'' says Rajasubramanyam.
His main ambition is to combine
the teachings in the Upanishads and in the western culture and use them in his
training sessions, which will enhance the growth of the company. He conducts
these sessions according to the employees' status. These training sessions
develop employees' thinking capacity, health, good thoughts, and spiritual
involvement. This gives them a new found enthusiasm which increases their
involvement in their work.
"Through these sessions,
opportunities arise by which the employees repose their faith in their
companies. The feeling that they are working for a salary changes and they
realise that their company's growth is vital. These thoughts help them to show
more involvement in their work and realise their potential..." reiterates Raja.
Top executives of companies
have attended his sessions and he has conducted seminars related to methods that
could contribute towards the growth of technology.
