What is it that school children fear the most? Taking a survey one would find that mathematics is a phobia for most kids. Aspire learning in an endeavor to inspire students to enjoy the subject of mathematics has come up with one of a kind Math Expo contest. Aiming over 10,000 students from Tamil Nadu, this contest aspires at testing the fundamentals of these students. Designed by few of the country’s best mathematicians this test is eligible for students from class 6 to 12.

The students are identified in four stages and the Math expo will be conducted on the 25th of July. Officials claim that this will help children know their levels of competence in Math and help them understand the need for basics and fundamentals which are very critical for success in higher studies and career in today’s highly competitive world. They also promise that the questions in these tests will be very much non-routine thus enabling to promote mathematics as a subject. Cash awards worth one lakh will be presented to the representatives of the top three teams at the finals.
