Cell phone, cell phone everywhere 
No country, town do you spare; 
Tropical to the temperate belt, 
Everywhere your presence felt! 

Like the creator, universal 
You are omnipresent and immortal! 
For you reach out far and near 
Without boundary or frontier! 

A smart "cell" - you sell with pride 
As you bill both parties side by side! 
Mall, subway, cafe and home 
Wireless, tireless - how you roam! 

But like a swarm of tiresome flies 
Your incessant ringing on the rise; 
Ah - no peace or calm from you my dear, 
Why you are quite a pain in the ear! 

But when things indeed go pell-mell 
You are the rescuer, and saviour swell; 
An emergency you understand, 
O’ Ever Ready pal by the hand! 

Despite the headache you do give 
Without you we cannot live! 
By you Cell - the world does swear 
But do you worry, do you care? 
Trapped in your cellular lair with flair; 
Ah...cell phone, cell phone -is this fair??
