Ahmedabad, Dec 20: Indian cricket captain Rahul Dravid was discharged from hospital this morning after being treated for gastroenteritis.

Dravid was admitted to the Rajasthan Hospital and had to miss the third Test match against Sri Lanka that began on Sunday.

The skipper had taken ill on the eve of the match and was complaining of nausea and diarrhoea.
