Chappell manhandled at Cuttack airport News

Bhubaneswar, Jan 22: India's cricket coach Greg Chappell was today manhandled at the Biju Patnaik airport here by a fan protesting non-inclusion of cricketers from Orissa in the Indian team.

The man, identified as Biranchi Maharana, was among a crowd of cameramen and photojournalists. He suddenly rushed towards Chappell as he was on his way to the team bus, Superintendent of Police Amitav Thakur said.

Chappell moved aside as the fan shouted slogans against BCCI, demanding to know why no cricketer from Orissa had been included in the Indian team.
