New Delhi, Jan 24: A day after Prasar Bharati and Nimbus Communications were asked to share feed for the India-West Indies cricket series, both the broadcasters today approached the Delhi High Court again on the issue.
While Prasar Bharati has sought live feed of the matches against yesterday's single bench court order of a seven-minute delayed signal, Nimbus filed a fresh petition seeking clarifications on marketing rights.
The matter is likely to come up for hearing later today.
When contacted, Nimbus chairman Harish Thawani said: "Yes, we have moved the court for certain clarifications."
A single judge Bench yesterday passed the interim order on a petition filed by Nimbus Communication Ltd, suggesting deferred telecast as an interim arrangement to end the tussle between the two broadcasters, which had deprived millions of non-cable viewers of the match action.
