Chennai, Oct 22: Tamil Nadu's medium fast bowler Laxmipathy Balaji has replaced Avishkar Salvi, who has been ruled out for the first two one-dayers of the tri-nation TVS Cup, commencing here tomorrow, after failing a fitness test.
