The West Indies would kick off their tour to India on
October 4 and they would play three Test matches and seven one-day internationals.
As per the itinerary finalised at the working committee meeting of the BCCI here today, the visitors would begin the tour with a three-day match against Board President’s XI for which the venue is yet to be decided.
The first Test would be held in Mumbai from October 9 and the second from October 17 at Chennai. The final one would be held from October 30 at
Kolkata.
One-day internationals would be held in Jamshedpur (November 6), Nagpur (Nov 9), Rajkot (Nov 12), Ahmedabad (day-and-night; Nov 15), Baroda (Nov 18), Jodhpur (Nov 21) and Visakhapatnam (Nov 24).
The tourists would also play a three-day match against India-A, for which the venue is yet to be decided. |
