Britto’s Dance Company along with Dana Tai Soon Burgess and Company, Washington
DC presented Dance Connect recently in Chennai. This was Chennai’s first Indo-US
dance production. Around seven dancers of the US dance company and twelve of
John Britto’s Dance Company presented a graceful performance. Solo, duet as well
as group dances were performed. Colourful lighting and visual projections added
aesthetics to the shoe. The show involved modern dance performances comprising
both Indian and American dancers. Kalari, one of the traditional Indian dances
was also performed...
