Anand Sharma said, "I have been fortunate to work with organisations that continuously work on delivering quality of the highest order to their customers. I have consistently explored new ways to reach our target audience and I am sure that 'The Antidote' will be perhaps the right avenue to reach out to the Indian audience. 'The Antidote' is a timely and compact collection of proven business improvement techniques and experiences from real experts that will help companies gain the cutting edge over their competitors in a discernable manner."

'The Antidote', penned by Anand Sharma and Gary Hourselt, is a collection of path-breaking ideas that should bring hope and relief to many senior executives in today's times. It espouses a simple, new paradigm of managing business effectively that has had a powerful and positive impact in many organisations all over the world, Anand Sharma said.

'The Antidote' serves as a remedy for sick and healthy companies uncertain about winning - and provides a roadmap for gaining and sustaining market leadership. Written for the passionate and pragmatic business executive, it introduces a revolutionary transformational management system as an alternative to the outdated command-and-control structure that restricts so many companies, he added.

Throughout this book, Sharma and Hourselt offer powerful techniques that can control costs and spur growth, and also illustrates on how to apply these techniques through the examples of companies who have undergone a sea change in behaviour to reach market leadership.

Drawing from the authors' 15-plus years of consulting experience within the manufacturing industry, 'The Antidote' is a one-stop guide to conducting business in the 21st century and aids in creating competitive advantage in the current global marketplace. The book is priced at Rs 400 and is available at all leading bookstores in the country.
