The model is an internationally standardised method of assessment that has been recognised by most top business houses across industry verticals, Kannan pointed out.

CareerSmart takes the aspiring candidates through Skill Explore, CareerSmart Aptitude Test - CSAT, Englishwise, Resume Builder, GD Coach, Interview Manager, Career Resource Corner. This array of services would assess and identify the person's skills that will hinder or help in the job search process. The report would provide developmental suggestions on areas that require improvement. Test the individual's aptitude with regards to their problem solving skills, general awareness, mathematical ability giving the person a view of entry level screening tests conducted by
corporates.
The programme would go on to test the candidate's proficiency in English and can develop themselves through the inputs provided. CareerSmart helps the candidates build a resume from various formats available on its custom-designed engine. It also takes them through the all-important techniques and do's and don'ts of a group discussion and challenges of an interview.
