Iconet Cellular, which started the first authorised Nokia care centre in Chennai in the year 2000, now has six showrooms spread across the city with authorised service centres for all the leading cellphone brands. The branches are centrally located and spread out in such a way that the travelling distance between two outlets is not more than 20 minutes which has been well-appreciated by customers.

Iconet Cellular is the first in India to launch the '15 minutes repair scheme' for mobile phones. This is made possible with the imported test and measuring equipment worth Rs 50 lakh which include GSM service test sets and battery analysers.
