Chennai based TVS Electronics, the largest manufacturer of computer peripherals in India has figured in the third position for the ‘Best Indian Brand Of the Year ‘ category in the ‘PC Quest User Choice Awards 2003 survey. According to a market survey done based on brand loyalty, 85% of TVS-E customers say that they will remain loyal to the brand.

The PC Quest User’s award reflects the technology user’s perception of different IT brands and vendors. The survey was conducted with respondents ranging from IT Managers, corporate decision makers and computer users based on the following criteria: Performance, quality, support, ease of use, popularity and price. In the Enterprise Products Category under the Dot Matrix Printer section, TVS-E has bagged the No. 3 position.

PC Quest User’s Choice Award

Held on an annual basis in India, this survey is conducted by PC Quest, a leading industry magazine of the Cyber Media Group. The Survey is one of the largest of its kind in the country and spans a wide range of product categories and vendors to determine the winners of the “User Choice Awards”.The User Choice Awards 2003 is divided into 2 categories, The Enterprise Products Category and the Personal Products Category. Apart from these two, there are 3 other categories namely Best MNC Brand of the Year, Best Indian Brand of the Year and Best Product Of the Year.
