 BSA cycles with in-built games
 TI Cycles of India has announced the launch of its new range of kids cycles (for 3 to 8 year olds) under the BSA Champ brand name; a total of eight unique models in eye-catching and pleasing colour combinations, are available in the new range.
The price point ranges from Rs 1,450 (inclusive of all taxes) for the bikes for three-year-olds to Rs 1,900 for bikes for six-eight-year-olds. For the first time, cycles have been introduced with in-built board games.
The cycles serve as a complete entertainment and physical health package for the child, says Mohit Khattar, vice-president, sales and marketing, TI Cycles.
While the cycle itself retains its basic premise of offering exercise to the child's body, the in-built games offer higher engagement value for the kids, thus increasing the time that kids spend with the cycle. The games vary from a cricket game for boys, to scrabble (vocabulary building) for girls and time, shape and colour concepts for smaller children.
The new range boasts of a host of safety features like rounded corners and coverage of moving parts like chains so that little ones don't hurt themselves even accidentally, said Khattar. All the bikes are equipped with attractive baskets, sturdy trainer wheels and soft grips. The saddles are visually attractive as well as highly comfortable and both options, with backrest and without backrest, are available.
BSA is one of the leading cycle brands from TI Cycles of India, a part of the over Rs 5,200 crore Murugappa Group. The group has a strong presence in engineering, bio-products, sanitaryware, plantations, sugar, farm inputs, finance, general insurance and nutraceuticals.
