Vadivelu has an excellent equation with superstar Rajnikanth both on and off-screen. Vadivelu and Rajni's comedy tracks in 'Chandramukhi' were a huge draw and Vadivelu also played a significant role in Rajni's 'Kuselan', starring Pasupathy and Meena in lead roles. But, sadly, Vadivelu has not been in the best of terms with the superstar's son-in-law Dhanush. Vadivelu recently walked out of Dhanush's 'Padikkadhavan'.

Now, it is reported that Vivek has replaced Vadivelu in 'Padikkadhavan'. If the report is confirmed, this would in all probability the first film that would bring Dhanush and Vivek together for a film. Vadivelu is said to have honestly returned the Rs.50 lakhs he had taken for acting 'Padikkadhavan. Vadivelu's replacement Vivek, it is said, has been offered Rs.25 lakhs.



The producer of 'Padikkadhavan' certainly didn't lose any money in replacing Vadivelu with Vivek, isn't it?
