 With
his two films as hero being decent earners at the box office,
Sunder C. has no dearth of offers. The director-turned-hero's
new film is titled 'Porukki' (the name is likely to change
following protests against keeping such negative titles), and
has him paired with Ragini.
A relative of Khushbu, Ragini is paired with
Sunder C. in yet another film, 'Thee'.
The supporting cast includes such names as
Napoleon, Nadiya, Vivek, 'Kadhal' Dandapani, and popular
Malayalam actor Lalu Alex.
 The
film is produced, scripted and directed by Shakthi Chidambaram,
who has regaled us with such entertainters like 'Charlie
Chaplin' and Satyaraj-starrers like 'Ennamma Kannu' and 'Englishkaran'.
Centered on a man who rises against the
injustice he sees around him, the film would be styled on the
lines of Chidambaram's earlier films, with it's content of
humour and action.
Shot at locations in Pollachi, Karaikudi, and
in Switzerland and London, the film has music by Dhina,
cinematography by Suresh Devan, editing by Anil Malnad, stunt
choreography by Dalapathy Dinesh and sets by Vijay Murugan.
