Dine with the culinary celebrities at the Patio

At the Taj Coromandel, the red carpets have been rolled out and the celebs have come from all over the globe! It's the Roast and Grill Festival at the Patio, the fine dining restaurant at the hotel, that has attracted culinary icons like the Pink Salmon from Norway; Pork chops from the U.S; King Scallops from Australia;
and the German Duckling from the land of Claudia Schiffer! On until October 3, 2003, the dinner festival will showcase the world's most famous meat, poultry and seafood. Not to mention the vegetarian spread as well.

This has drawn an overwhelming response from their guests. With an interesting and different menu on offer each day of the week, lunch at the Patio has become a popular choice for many. They have decided to make dinnertime just as enjoyable and thus was conceived the Roast and Grill festival. The purpose is to offer their guests an electric choice that is the best in meat, poultry and seafood the world over.

An exotic menu has been designed especially for the festival. Grilled spiny lobster with cilantro, creole spiced pomfrer with olive and caper bcurre blanc, herb crusted roast duckling with port and orange sauce are just some of the featured highlights. The vegetarian delicacies including mixed vegetable grill with tomato chili rice and dijon cream promises to be equally delightful.
