Beginning this festive season, ITC Foods has ventured into a novel concept of offering “ Kitchens of India” as a gifting option. Keeping with the festivities, the Ready-To-Eat Business of ITC Limited - Foods Division has introduced 2 new dishes “Shahi Jamun” and “Khoya Mutter” to its existing portfolio.

Kitchens of India are signature dishes handcrafted and created by master chefs from the ITC’s premium hotels. The cuisines offered are secret recipes handed down through the ages, which represents traditional Indian gourmet recipes across geographical regions in India. The entire range has no added preservatives or additives with a shelf life of 12 months.

For the festive season, the Kitchens of India products are available in exclusive treasure chests containing 2 delicacies of the consumer’s choice. Furthermore this treasure chest can be customised with the corporate message and logo printed on the case.

To avail of this special gift offering, consumers can either email their requirements to kitchensofindia@itc.co.in or call 1600-44-088. A gifting representative would call on them and the orders would be serviced within 2 weeks.

Desserts:

Introducing Shahi Jamun: Soft, Khoya dumplings dipped in thick sugar syrup. Net Weight 500 gms, serves 7-8, priced at Rs. 150/-.

Khubani Ka Meetha: Dried apricots and nuts, sweetened to perfection. Net Weight 500 gms, Serves 7-8, priced at Rs. 150/- 

Vegetarian Gravies

Introducing Khoya Mutter: Fresh Khoya and tender green peas, in a rich gravy. Net Weight 450 gms, serves 3-4, priced at Rs. 150/-.

Paneer Darbari: Cubes of soft, fresh cottage cheese in an aromatic tomato gravy, laced with butter. Net weight 450 gms, serves 3-4, priced at Rs. 150/-.

Paneer Mushroom Kofta: Mushroom and fresh cottage cheese dumplings in an aromatic tomato gravy. Net weight 400 gms, serves 3-4, priced at Rs 150/-.

Dum Ki Khumb: Slow cooked button mushroom in an aromatic gravy of tomatoes, spices, almonds and green chilies and imbued with saffron. Net weight 425 gms, serves 3-4, priced at Rs 150/-. 

Dals

Dal Bukhara: Whole black lentils, tomatoes, ginger and garlic, stirred over a slow coal fire for 18 hours at a stretch. Net weight 450 gms, serves 3-4, priced at Rs.150/-.

Dal Dakshin: Halved yellow lentils cooked with tomatoes, onions and select Indian spices in South Indian style. Net weight 450 gms, serves 3-4, priced at Rs 110/-.

Non-Vegetarian Dishes:

Chicken Chettinad: Chunks of chicken in a paste of curry leaves and freshly ground pepper. Net weight 425 gms, serves 3-4, priced at Rs.200/-.
