The centrally located kitchen and the Dispense bar, besides lending a dash of glamour, also define the character of the place. The Specialty Southern Coastal cuisine restaurant boasts of an exclusive barbeque that grills some fascinating fare. The menu includes a variety of exotic coastal delicacies, especially of the Coromandel Coast. Chef Fabien, the master chef, who revamped the existing menu, traveled extensively to places such as Mahabalipuram, Pondicherry, Cuddalore, Karaikal, Rameswaram, Tuticorin and Kanyakumari before redesigning it. Kadamba meen varuval, era rasam, sura meen puttu, kezhangan and elaneer payasam are some of the highlights of the menu.
