Main
Street at The
Residency Towers is all geared to host The Four Directions Food Festival,
the 12-day festival that gives you a chance to get flavours from all over India
under one roof! To add to the festivity, the chefs have handpicked dishes for
each day and bring the same to you at the same price as the regular buffet at
this multi-cuisine restaurant. The food festival commenced June 23 and is open
for dinner during weekdays and for lunch and dinner during weekends.
The buffet will have signature
dishes from the north, east, west and south of India, giving you an opportunity
to look for your favourite taste from over 40 dishes! For the first time, chef
Sundar and his team will put together an exhaustive menu consisting of the true
flavours from all across India. From starters to desserts there will be an
element from all over the country to choose for your platter.
Available are curries, kebabs,
gravies, Indian breads, rice preparations, salads and desserts from the four
regions of India to provide you with a unique dining experience.
The
array of delicacies include kaitar kazhi, crab gassi, from the south, murgh
lardhaloo, Sindhi curry, mutton xacutti from the west and dal, poori, chengiri
macher malai curry and bhindi sorsa from the east.
The dash of flavours from
across the country is also seen in the salads, soups and dessert tables. To wrap
up your dining experience, you have a choice of both Indian and continental
desserts to choose from. There is dal ka halwa, panneer rasgulla, and a variety
of souffles, mousse and other continental varieties.
The

Residency Towers, is on till July 4. You can relish the buffet on weekdays
from 7.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. and on weekends from 12 noon to 3.30 p.m. and 7.30
p.m. to 11.30 p.m.

through the feast at Rs 300, nett for adults, and Rs 200, nett for children.
