First boil the vegetables in a separate vessel and keep them aside. Fry the spices together and grind them. In a vessel, splutter mustard seeds. Add the cup of curd (more). Dissolve the ground paste in water and add it to the curd. Add the vegetables to the kuzhambu.

Serve this 'more' kuzhambu and people will ask for more!
