Ingredients
(The Stuffing)
3 teaspoons each of coriander and cumin powder
2 ½ teaspoons of mango powder or to taste
Salt and red chilli powder to taste
½ teaspoon of garam masala
400 gram ladies finger (small pieces)
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients for the stuffing. Make a small slit along each ladies finger. Put in a little bit of stuffing.
When all fingers are stuffed, put a tablespoon of oil in a glass microwave-safe dish. It is best if you have a large one in which most, if not all, the vegetable fits in a single layer. Microwave the oil at 100% power for 2 minutes (or MW 70% +200 Degree).
Put in the vegetable, and microwave at 100% power, uncovered, 14 minutes, stirring twice.
