Ingredients
Procedure Mix gram flour, salt and add water to make a thick batter. Heat oil, pour the batter through a thick sieve and when it turns slightly brown and crisp remove from fire and keep aside. Allow it to cool for sometime. Beat curd/yogurt to make it smooth. Add salt to it and mix well. Add boondi to the curd, mix it and then top with roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder.
