Ingredients
Sev - 50 gm.
Paapri, coarsely crushed - 50 gm.
Puffed rice - 100 gm.
Chilli powder - 1 tsp.
Chaat masala - 1 tsp.
Onion chopped - 1 no.
Raw mango chopped - 2 tbsp.
Green chillies, deseeded, finely chopped - 2 nos.
Coriander chopped - ½ cup
Juice of a lemon as required
Tamarind chutney
Mint chutney
Salt as required
Method:
~ In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
~ Add chilli powder according to taste.
~ Serve immediately in individual plates.
