8 slices White Bread
5 nos. Green Chillies (chopped)
10 Curry Leaves (finely chopped)
2 tbsps. Carrot (finely chopped)
2 tbsps. Cabbage (finely chopped)
10 nos. Onion (chopped)
1 tsp. Ginger (chopped)
2 tbsps. Coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Vegetable Oil for frying
Method:
Soak the bread in 4 tbsp of water.
Mash the bread slices smoothly
Mix all the ingredients together. The mixture must be dry.
Make small balls out of the mixture and flatten them with the palm of your hands.
Fry in hot oil until brown and crispy
Serve with chutney or sauce
