Ingredients
1 cup maida
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup walnut crumbs
1/4 cup jam
Method:
Mix the maida and butter. Then mix the sugar, essence and egg to form a dough. Keep the dough for 15 minutes. Make small balls of the dough. Then roll the balls in walnut crumbs. Place the balls in the greased baking dish. Press the balls by the thumb. Put the jam in the hole of a ball. Bake at 180 deg. C for 12 minutes.
