Ingredients
350 gm. packet - puff pastry
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
100 gm. of curd cheese
1 egg
Chopped parsley or mint
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Egg white for glazing
Method:
Roll the pastry out as thinly as possible. Mix the remaining ingredients except the egg white until smooth. Spread the mixture over the pastry. Fold over to make a flattish strip, sealing the edges well. Brush with the egg white. Place on a moistened baking sheet and bake at 400F/ 200C for 20 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream, if the taste is appreciated.
