Cheese - 200 gm.
Flour - 3 tbs.
Milk - 1 ½ cups
Chilli powder - 1 tsp.
Mustard powder - ½ tsp.
Salt - ½ tsp.
Sesame seeds - 5 tbs.
Bread slices - 6
Oil - 1 cup
Method:
Trim crusts and cut bread slices into quarters. Heat milk till hot and stir in flour on low flame. Add cheese, chilli powder, mustard powder, salt and 1 tsp. sesame seeds. Stir until cheese melts. Remove from flame. Heat oil in a kadai. Dip bread quarters into sauce, then roll in sesame seeds and deep fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
