Dried Prawns and Lady's Finger Sambal

Ingredients

For grinding: 

Dried prawns - 1/2 kg
Red chillies - 4
Green chillies  - 2 
Small onions  - 10 

For frying

Lady's finger - 8-10
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbs.
Salt to taste

Method

Grind ingredients listed for grinding, in a mixer at speed 1 for 1 minute till ground to fine paste. Remove and keep aside. Cut lady's finger into 11/2" to 2" pieces. Keep aside. Heat cooking oil and fry turmeric. Add salt and ground ingredients. Fry for 8 to 10 minutes. Add lady's finger, mix well without breaking the vegetable. Cook till done.
