Method Grind ingredients listed for grinding, in a mixer at speed 1 for 1 minute till ground to fine paste. Remove and keep aside. Cut lady's finger into 11/2" to 2" pieces. Keep aside. Heat cooking oil and fry turmeric. Add salt and ground ingredients. Fry for 8 to 10 minutes. Add lady's finger, mix well without breaking the vegetable. Cook till done.
