Ingredients
Rui or bhetki fish - 500 gm.
Onion paste - 4 tablespoon
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cummin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Sour Curd - 100 gm.
Garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Wash the fish pieces well, dry and keep it aside. Mix all the ingredients including oil, except the sugar, well and apply on the fish pieces. Allow to marinate for about 2 hours. Add half a cup of water and allow it to cook well. Add the sugar. Remove from fire when done and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice.
