Ingredients
250 gm chicken Method: Heat oil in a pan; add the onion pieces and fry. Add the ginger-garlic paste to it and fry till golden brown. Add the chicken pieces and salt to it. Cover and cook on a slow flame till done. Meanwhile cook 'gongura' leaves and chillies separately and grind it to a paste. Add all the powders to the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the gongura paste and allow it to cook for two more minutes. Serve with hot rice. More this week: Kathirikkai Gothsu
