Green Chilli Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken - 500 gm. (Chopped small, preferably de-boned)

Soya sauce - 1-2 tbsp. Green chillies - 6 nos.
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp. Salt to taste
Chilli powder - 2 tsp. Aji-no-moto - ¼ tsp.
Pepper powder - 2 tsp. Vinegar - 2 tbsp.
Red food colouring - 1 pinch Oil for deep-frying

Method:

Clean chicken and marinate with all the ingredients, except green chillies and oil. Keep for 2 to 4 hours. Chop the green chillies into small pieces. Heat oil and fry the chillies till almost brown. Remove and keep aside. In the same oil, fry the chicken in batches till cooked and browned. Drain and serve sprinkled with the fried green chillies.
