Ingredients
Maida: ½ cup Method: Add soda to the maida flour. Mix khoa, and maida flour; add water and mix into a smooth dough without adding much pressure. Make this dough into small balls and deep fry to a golden brown colour. Mix 2 cups of water to 1 cup of sugar; heat till the sugar dissolves and remove all the dirt from it. Make the sugar syrup. Add rose essence and set aside. Drop the fried jamoons in the sugar syrup and serve chill. This sweet can be served with vanilla ice cream too.. More this week: Vegetable Noodles
