Ingredients
350 gm. boiled potatoes
200 gm. boiled peas
200 gm. carrots
150 gm. onions
50 gm. ghee
5 gm. minced ginger
5 gm. crushed garlic
25 gm. coriander leaves
50 gm. tomato puree
15 gm. turmeric powder
60 gm. fresh cream
5 gm. cinnamon powder
5 gm. cloves powder
Method:
Mash together the boiled potatoes, carrots, peas, and season it. Make small balls, dredge with flour and deep fry to golden brown
colour.
Now fry the chopped onions in ghee till golden brown. Add crushed garlic, ginger and turmeric powder. Stir while adding drops of water. Add tomato
puree. The whole mixture should become a sauce. Now add the vegetable stock, salt, pepper, red chilli and bring to
a boil. Add the koftas and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves before serving.
