Ingredients
- Minced meat or shredded chicken - ½ kg
- Onion - 2 Big & thinly sliced
- Green chillies - 2 thinly sliced
- Potato - ¼ kg. (Boiled/peeled)
- Ginger-garlic paster - 3 tblsp.
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder, Pepper
- Powder, Curry Powder
- Bread Crumbs, oil
- Coriander leaves - 3 chopped
- Eggs 4 - (2 boiled) 2 beaten with salt and pepper
Method:
Clean the meat and cook with turmeric powder, curry powder, pepper powder, ½ cup of sliced onion, ginger garlic paste and salt till the meat is tender and all juices are simmered. Remove from fire. Knead well wiith fingers. Mash boiled eggs with knife or beat in a mixer-grinder. Add boiled egg, salt, pepper, onion, green chillies, mashed potatos and corinder leaves. Make balls and slightly flatten with hand. Dip in beaten eggs. Roll in bread crumbs and keep in the fridge for an hour. Heat oil in a kadai and fry till golden brown. Serve with tomato ketchup.
