Chicken with fresh methi |

Ingredients
Chicken meat cut into strips - 250 gm.
Garlic pulp - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Tomato paste - 2 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Fenugreek leaves (Methi) - 1 bunch
Fresh chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
Water as required
Method:
Bring a saucepan of water to boil. Add the chicken strips and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a mixing bowl, mix the garlic, chilli powder and salt with the tomato paste. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the tomato paste and the spice mixture. Add the chicken pieces and fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Then add the fenugreek leaves and fresh coriander. Continue to fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in the water, cover and cook it for about 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice or chapattis.
