Ingredients
Rice flour - 1 cup Method: Grind coconut and take out the milk. Heat 1 cup of water and when it comes to a boil, add the rice flour to make a paste. To this, add the coconut milk, sugar, salt and cardamom and mix to the consistency of dosa batter. With a spoon, pour little by little of the batter in oil. As it spreads in the kadai, fry it slowly.
