Ingredients
24 corn tortillas or tacos
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onions
1-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
For Guacamole:
1 avocado
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Method:
Warm tortillas in the microwave. In a bowl, make guacamole. Mash the avocado, and add garlic powder and Tabasco sauce to taste. Place the tortillas in a plate. Put the chicken, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce. Add the guacamole and finally garnish with cheese. Serve with rice.
