be used as spices.
- Avoid sour fruits but gooseberry, apples, coconut, figs,
grapes, pomegranate, cherries are good.
- Avoid excess salt, and spicy food.

• Spices like garlic, ginger, pepper, turmeric are excellent.
• Avoid sweet, sour and salt substances in excess.
• Avoid fat and dairy products.
• Avoid non-vegetarian foods.
Activities
- Do regular exercises and overcome laziness by constructive
work.
- Avoid sleeping during the day.
All the above routine and food are for single prakriti type.
