Visionary Medical Systems, one of the progressive healthcare infotech and solutions companies based in the US, has joined hands with Visionary RCM India to provide integrated end-to-end revenue cycle management services encompassing medical transcription, medical billing, accounts receivable analysis and document management services.
Visionary Medical System provides practice management software and electronic medical records and is used by over 10,000 users across the US.
This 50:50 joint venture, whose memorandum of understanding (MoU) was planned in December 2006, kicks off with an initial investment of $ 1 million and anticipates a turnover of $ 25 million at the end of three years.
Addressing a press conference in Chennai, Rajesh Surana, CEO of Visionary RCM, said, “This milestone partnership will bring great values for the customers as they can now get all their practice-related services under one roof and focus on patient relationship.”
He also added that the company aims to create 2,500 job opportunities within the next three years with a salary scale of Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,000 in India. A training centre with 10 percent investment share helps them to recruit and train professionals across the country. They plan to develop and operate huge data processing centres in remote places of Madurai, Tirunelvelli, Puducherry and Neyvelli to be more cost-efficient and faceless attribution.
The price of the clinical automation software, called Dream HER, is between $ 1,500 to $ 3,000 per doctor and they look forward to increasing their sales by 2,000 pieces every year.
Shilen Patil, president of Visionary Medical Systems, USA, said, “Our goal is to work with core customers along with other medical facilities, community health centres and to provide best services at low cost.”
After the joint venture, Quantum Medpro has come to be known as Visionary RCM.
