1.If you are planning to run, please consider eating some fat because it causes injury if you run without eating fat. |

2.If you are searching for some immediate carbohydrate before workout, not only an apple or a banana serves the purpose, you can also drink three tablespoons of honey. It is a natural carbohydrate and serves the purpose. |

3.To calculate
if you are fat or obese check your BMI (body mass index): Multiply your weight in pounds by 705. Then divide the result by the
square of your height in inches. Alternatively, divide your weight in kilograms by the square of your height in meters.
If you get below 25, you are fine, 25 and above but below 30 you are fat, if you are above 30, you are obese. |

4.If you start eating, it takes 20 minutes for your brain to recognise that you are eating. So please eat slowly. |
| 5.Omega-3 fatty acids found in high-fat fish may help maintain normal heart function, prevent platelets from clotting, and promote healthy blood pressure. The options are salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines, swordfish. You may take fish twice a week. |

6.Alcohol can be consumed daily – but only if you already drink: just one drink for women, two for men. Alcohol has been shown to increase HDL (good cholesterol), lowering the risk of heart disease. Options are 12-ounce beer, 5 ounces of wine, 1.5 ounces of 80-proof liquor. |

8.To treat dry skin, try mixing warm water with powdered milk. |

9.For smoother elbows try mixing honey, vegetable oil and lemon juice and relax for 15 minutes after applying it. |
