The Danvantri Arogya Peedam has come out with a calendar of events for the next few days.

There would be a ‘Noi Nivarana Homam’ for Tamil New Year’s Day, April 14, to pray for good health for all the people of this world, says peedam founder-trustee Sri Muralidhara Swamigal.

On April 17, Amavasai day, Naga Preethi Homam, Mrtuyunjai Homam and Sudarshana Homam would be performed at the Danvantri temple premises.

May 1 being Labour Day, there would be 27 Nakshatra Parihara Homam for the welfare of the workers of the world, explains the swamigal.

Pournami falls on May 2 and there would be Rahu Ketu Annabhishekam, and another round of 27 Nakshtra Parihara Homam along with a homam for the 12 rasis. These homams would be performed in the relevant pits (kundams) that have been installed in the temple for the various nakshatrams.
