On the occasion of Chitra Pournami on May 2, 2007, there will be special abhishekam for Goddess Bhuvaneswari and Lord Dattatreya Bhagwan at the Chennai Om Sri Skandasramam, Selaiyur.

According to a note from ashram manager P Santhanam, the abhishekam will be performed at 10 a.m. along with a special Prathiyankara Sarabha Sulini Homam, followed by annadanam.

There will be a special sandana kappu alankaram for Goddess Bhuvaneswari at 6 p.m. along with the special Navavarna puja for Sri Chakra Purna Maha Meru at the temple.
